How long have you been involved with Sacred Trinity Church?
- Over twenty years
Do you have any particular role?
- I’m renting a room in the church for artistic things and ran a goth night for people who came here to listen to music and dance and I also put on art exhibitions. Every Tuesday and Saturday I do the cleaning and try to support what is happening around the church.
What do you like most about Sacred Trinity?
- I like how friendly people are and welcoming and engaging. They are non-judgmental, open to everyone with or without any faith, whether you believe in God or not, still welcoming people.
Is there any special moment at church that you’d like to tell us about?
- A few years ago, we had a big art exhibition with the group called Manchester Gothic Arts Group (MGAG). We did a big exhibition with several artists and we got Arts Council funding so that we could make it look really good and we got a good crowd in. It was a big opening night and open through the week. Even though it was a lot of work, I really enjoyed it.
Tea or Coffee?
- I don’t drink either. I prefer water.
City or United?
- I hate football
Morning service or evening service?
- Sometimes both but I’m not going regularly
Walk or cycle?
- Walk.
